1.       If, on the given delivery date delivery is not done then customer has to send a mail send a mail to us then refund is possible.

2.       If, on the given time slot if the delivery is not then refund is possible but customer has to send us an email.

3.       If product is not available in a particular city and customer don’t want any other option then customer has to mail us then only refund is possible.

4.       By mistake if vendor deliver the item before the date of time then only as per time slot refund is possible, but customer has to send us an email.

5.       For photo cake customer has to place the order before 24 hours of delivery.

6.       There is no retu policy, once order placed and received by the customer, guardian, security guard, reception cannot be retued back at what so ever may be the condition.

7.       If any product you have ordered is not available for delivery on your requested delivery date and delivery address, it may be substituted with next best available flavor, color, shape, size.

8.       The delivery conditions for hotel, kindly enter the following details Full Name and Address of the Hotel, Telephone Number, Hotel Room Number and the recipient’s name.

9.       To change the delivery address or delivery date, you have to call us or mail us before 3 hrs of time slot starts.

10.    Cart issue: if the products you have selected is not showing up in your shopping cart, there may be a cache memory problem in your pc. Please enable the cache memory tab. Or you may close and reopen the browser and again enter our website www.onlinecakeandflowers.com

11.    We are not responsible for non delivery of item caused due to natural calamities (fire, earthquake, strike, rains, floods, delivery vehicle failure, accidents etc.)

12.    Orders placed before 4:00 pm will be accepted for same day delivery but orders placed on occasions like valentine’s day, father’s day, mother’s day, Diwali, Rakhi, Christmas, new year, Eid etc may not be considered for same day delivery.

13.    If Recipient is not there at his delivery address then the order will be delivered to neighbor or security guard. Still no body is there to take a delivery then considered as delivered second attempt to deliver this order will be chargeable. Cakes and Flowers are Perishable items delivery will be made only once.

14.    You can send your personal message along with flowers by typing it in the Message box in the Delivery Address form it will be delivered on delivery slip or small gift card. Not on a cake.

15.    Once we receive your order, an email is sent to the email id which is provided by you in the form.

16.    www.onlinecakeandflowers.com guarantees each order to be delivered on the requested delivery date and an email is sent to you confirming the delivery. Also if by any reason the order cannot be filled, you will be contacted by our customer service as soon as the florist reported his delivery problem. If you know that the order did not reach at its delivery destination you can send us mail to claim a non delivery with reference to your Order Number.

17.    Please Don't place any order out of India.

18.    If any delivery to be done at remote place then pleases conce with our executive then please place the order.

19.    If you want to cancel the order 80% of the amount will be refund on the actual amount paid. You have to send us email for cancellation before one day of delivery date.

20.    On all refunds or money back policy, customer will get 80% of the amount will be refund on the actual amount paid. That is also after sending a mail. It takes 15 to 20 days working days from the receiving mail date.

21.    If in case for any legal court formalities Or Notice, customers have to visit Rajasthan  Court.
